Third of all, it is easier for a man than for a woman to undergo the operation, because the impact of testosterone is much stronger on a female body than the one of estrogen on a male one.
In addition to this, it is highly unlikely you will make a functional artificial penis.
Fourth of all, Transsexuals are not necessarily gay. They can also be straight.
It is very individual. Some of them do not even feel like dating.
Fifth, nobody knows what the cause of this discrepancy between mental and physical images really is.
And it is not really important. What is important is that you just let Transsexuals be. Their living circumstances are far worse than of the Gays.
If nothing of this is new to you and you are straight, you are cool.
